Great for a first edition. November 2, 2008 I'm not a surgeon, not even close, but this is a great text. Nice balance of concise and comprehensive. Great topics, tons of practical information. Looking forward to watching this text develop over the next few editions. It will surely be a standard for this relatively new surgical specialty.
